Our chefs have more than 15 years experience and they are constantly upgrading their skills.
We have three lead chefs and each specialising on cold foods (sushi, sashimi etc), hot foods (teppanyaki, tempura etc) and noodle foods (Udon, ramen etc). Together with all staff of Sumeshiya Japanese Restaurant, we strike to provide our guests the highest quality of japanese cuisine from the freshest ingredients.
